2nd time booking with Auto Europe, very reasonable with credible rental companies - great level of cover for British people hiring in the USA where there are more complicated terms with insurance for foreign renters, would highly recommend and will use again

The web site is very easy to navigate and its easy to compare prices. The filter menu is very helpful. Overall an excellent site to find the best value.

I booked a mercedes E class for Friday 1pm pick up through autoeurope. The next day I got a phonecall to say the branch could only locate a Ford Galaxy... Did I want it? When i said no they told me i had failed the address check? Also said i didnt have a credit card (i booked the car with a credit card) and therefore would not get a refund... I couldnt believe it. That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the refund.

It is a complete rental system.
It was easy to choose options.

It gave 100% perfect fulfillment to my needs.

On the second occasion I found it easy to book the car. However, I had tried to book the same car originally on 31 January and I had technical problems with the website. At that point the price of the car I wanted to reserve (the same car) was £598.68. I had an email sent to me but every time I tried to follow the link it kicked me out...I then got busy and managed to book today but the price had been increased to £619.81. So c£20 more expensive through no fault of mine!

Have used this company for a number of years and have found them to be reliable. Trouble free renting.

Simple process and easy to understand. Downside is that the prices quoted initially do not match up with the ones available when I went through with the process. Not a huge difference (~$50) but annoying nonetheless.

The Web page quote was not explicit in what the promotion features were and so I had to call. However the information was quickly supplied by Eloise who was very helpful on a couple of other points I raised so I was pleased to go ahead with the booking.

Good levels of communication between vehicle supplier and myself. Highly recommend. Will use again.

I spent a few hours today trying to book a car for my holiday in Greece. I looked at all sorts of providers. AutoEurope's competitive prices, range of suppliers and cars and, importantly, their very easy to use well thought out website, means AutoEurope stands head and shoulders above the competition. I have used them before and I will go straight to them in future. Thank you, AutoEurope.

I did a little shopping around, and they seemed to have the best rates. Booking was simple and quick.
About 10 days after booking we decided to shorten our hire period & change the car - this was also fairly straight forward, quick and most impressively, free!

Price too good to be true? Indeed it was. Ended up paying £200 extra costs on addition to the 'voucher'. That was after several hours wait at the airport sorting out a car as the hire company didn't have a car for us when we arrived. Auto Europe just told me to claim the excess from a 3rd party and they refused to pay me.

The site is easy to navigate. I had a query and phoned the help number. I did not have to stay on the line long before I spoke to a 'human being', who was very helpful. it is so annoying when all you get is automated responses, or have to wait for half an hour to get through. This was not the case.
